Dr. Tommy Tan was a Senior Consultant at the Institute of Mental Health Singapore. He trained in general adult psychiatry and liaison psychiatry (psychiatry in general hospital) at the National University Hospital Singapore, the New Charing Cross Hospital London and the Institute of Mental Health. He studied forensic (legal) psychiatry at the Institute of Psychiatry London. He is able to provide care and treatment for patients with psychiatric disorders and other medical patients with psychological problems. He is a well known expert witness for psychiatry in the Singapore Courts. He was involved in several high profiled legal cases.
