Dr Low has specialised in treatment of breast cancer since 1992, after his fellowship in Nottingham, UK. He was a Consultant Surgeon and Head of Breast Service at Changi General Hospital before entering private practice in 2001.

He is expert in ultrasound guided surgery and mammotomy. He has vast experience in breast conservation and minimising the cosmetic effects of breast surgery, and is well known for the treatment of breast cancer.
