Dr Siow Hua Chiang, Charles graduate from Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He has his housemanship in Dublin, he went to the USA where he trained in Internal Medicine in Boston, Neurology in Richmond, Virginia and then completed a fellowship in Headache Management at the world renowned Jefferson Headache Center in Philadelphia under Professor Stephen Silberstein.

He stay at Jefferson Headache Center as attending neurologist for 2 years before returning to Singapore. On return, he was employed as Consultant Neurologist at the National Neuroscience Institute running its headache program before leaving to set up this centre.

Dr Siow is board certified in Neurology and Pain Medicine by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is also board certified in pain medicine by the American Board of Pain Medicine.
