Most office appointments with our surgeon can be arranged within a week. We will make every effort to accommodate your time and location preferences when you call to schedule your appointment. When you call, please also provide us with any information regarding tests you have had done related to your current condition (i.e., x-rays, ultrasounds, MRIs, etc).

Scheduling Surgery

Our surgery scheduler can be contacted at 065-63976979 during regular office hours. After office hours, your call will be diverted to a call centre where your needs will be attended to. You will be assisted in scheduling your surgery for the earliest available time convenient for you, generally within just a few days of your initial call. Please recognize that the scheduling process involves coordinating your preferences and needs, surgeon availability, and operating room availability.

In many cases, you can make an appointment for your surgery when you come to your first office visit. Therefore, it will be helpful for you to bring your personal calendar to assist in this process.

*Please note that all surgeries require an office visit with one surgeon prior to scheduling a procedure. Some minor procedures can be done in the office or Day/ Ambulatory Surgery Centre (if only local anesthesia is required) during the first visit. Initial scheduling questions can be discussed when you call to make your first appointment.

After Your Surgery

After your surgery, our surgeon and nurse consultant will give you instructions pertaining specifically to your type of surgery. These care and counseling will contain information regarding wound care, medications, and what to expect in the healing process.

First Follow-up Appointment
Most surgeries require a follow-up appointment within one to two weeks of your surgery. We will ensure that you obtain an appointment within the recommended time frame. A reminder call will be given 1 or 2 days before your appointment date. Biopsies and Test Results
Reports on biopsies, and all other diagnostic tests will be discussed during the next follow up appointment.
